First Sale in Tea Fire Burn Area

After months of due diligence, escrow closed recently on what we believe is the first sale of property affected by the 2008 Tea Fire. 271 E. Mountain Drive – 2 flat, ocean view acres in the Cold Springs School District – changed hands for $1 million. The Buyers, whom we represented in the transaction, purchased the property with a partially burned structure.
